Zerana Nest

Lanfort Properties is working on a residential neighbourhood project called The Zerana Nest located in Vagamon, Idukki. These second residences, which are split villas in design, have a private pool and a centre pocket garden. The court provides views of the surrounding greenery, light, and a cool water feature that is a part of the private pool. With tall plants, palm trees, and other features separating each residence from the others.
